Membership is open to ALL County IT Professionals
CCISDA is where county IT professionals learn, share, and collaborate together. CCISDA is NOT just for CIOs/Directors. We have over 800 active members and are growing monthly. Our 58 California Counties employ more than 10,000 IT professionals. CCISDA membership is open to California County information technology employees located in any county department.
How do I join CCISDA? Membership is free for California County employees. Please go to CCISDA’s collaborative site, ccisda.groupsite.com, and request to JOIN. This will not give you immediate access to CCISDA’s Groupsite, but your final confirmed membership status requires your County’s Chief Information Officer confirmation. Consequently, please do not register without first obtaining the permission of your Central IT Department’s CIO.
Permissions for different classes of users are at the sole discretion of the CCISDA Board of Directors.
CIO, San Luis Obispo County
I am proud to be here and lucky to be part of something bigger than a job. It’s a commitment. It’s a Brother/Sisterhood. It’s our ability to leave our egos at the door, listen to each other and share our experiences. Just like a good friend, CCISDA is there for us—to listen, encourage, and help.
Mobile Development Manager, County of Santa Clara
CCISDA is great! So much to learn from others and to share with others.
Deputy Director, Shasta County
I really love the rural county sessions and learn so much from the other members. It’s invaluable to not have to re-invent the wheel. Time well spent.
