Best Application Serving the Public - Integrated Portals (two winners) --Santa Clara County "Life Events" Public Portal --Nevada County Citizens’ Integrated Information Portal
Best IT Collaboration Among Organizations California VACS Association - 35 counties. Matt Carroll of Ventura County (lead county) accepted the award.
